Robert Mensah Used To Smoke Weed- Rev. Osei Kofi

Football legend Reverend Osei Kofi, one of Ghana’s most prolific footballers, have stated that former goalkeeping great Robert Mensah, who was killed in a bar fight, used to smoke marijuana. Rev. Osei Kofi alleges that in one game, Mensah played extremely well after smoking ganja. What do you think? Can certain drugs help athletes?
