The New Patriotic Party (NPP) has announced the approval of timelines for the Kumawu Parliamentary Primary Election.
The timelines for holding Parliamentary Primary Election at Kumawu for the by-election were approved on a series of meetings between the NPP’s National Executive Committee (NEC) and the National Council.
A press statement issued by the General Secretary of the NPP Justin Kodua Frimpong indicated the approved timelines for holding Parliamentary Primary Election.
“Opening of Nomination-Tuesday April 11, 2023.
Closing of Nomination- Friday, April 14, 2023.
Election- Sunday, April 23, 2023.”
“The party has also approved detailed rules and regulations to govern the conduct of the Parliamentary Primary Election which would be made available to stakeholders. However, nomination forms will be available at the constituency party office for purchase,” the statement concluded.
