According to the project manager of the Agyinsam Agric Wing, Mr. Isaac Agyiri (Show Boy), it is a prime consideration of Mr. Lawrence Kwabena Agyinsam to support the people in the Hemang Lower Denkyera constituency through diverse avenues by creating employment opportunities for all. He added that this initiative is to ensure food security in the district also to multiply the income sources of the senior high schools in the district and ultimately to inspire the youth in agribusiness since agriculture is the bedrock of the country’s economy.
Mr. Richard Quartey who is the operations manager of the Agyinsam Agric Wing doubles as the district NADMO coordinator for Twifo Hemang Lower Denkyera also elaborated that over the years Mr. Kwabena Agyinsam has supported many communities and people particularly the youth in the Hemang Lower Denkyera constituency such as provision of mechanized water systems, reshaping of roads, extension of electricity, setting up a poultry farm among other things to ensure survival of the humanity. The project will be extended to all the basic school in the district by next year 2025, he stressed.
Finally, the headmistress of Hemang Technical SHS who is a beneficiary of the Agyinsam’s Agric support initiative Mrs Agnes Amoah eulogiesed  Mr. Lawrence Kwabena Agyinsam for considering Hemang Technical SHS for planting eleven (11) acres of oil palm to support the school.
She mentioned that, the project would not only serve as a source of income for the school but also as a resource center where the Agric department of the school can use for practicals and other agricultural research work.
