On Saturday, March 26th, 2022 at Asankragua in the Western Region, the National Chairman hopeful of the New Patriotic Party at an invitation attended the Asankragua NMTC Tescon Handing Over.
Speaking at the event, *Prof. Ameyaw-Akumfi* expressed the urgent need for the old and the youth to come together to prosecute the 2024 agenda for victory. He reiterates the need for the youth to learn from the experiences of the elderly and the leadership to provide resources for the youth to utilize the abundant energy to propel the party to victory. “I honor invitations from Tescon particularly, not because of a vote I will get from your president but I consider you as the future leaders of the party, it is therefore important to get closer to you and share some experiences with you for the sake of the party’s progress.
“The party is reorganizing its structures with various levels of elections going on and we must reconcile and embrace Unity within the Party after the elections. Discipline within the party should be our watch word.” he emphasized.
He also urged the Tesconians to join the party’s communication teams to explain the government’s policies and programs to Ghanaians and thereby diffuse NDC’s propaganda
The event which was held at the assembly hall of the Asankragua Nursing and Midwifery Training College was attended by the Regional Youth Organizer Mr. Benedict, Constituency Executives, and Party Stalwarts
