A statement signed by Head of Corporate Affairs of Ghana Commercial Bank (GCB) Emmanuel Kwarteng has indicated that GCB branches were unaffected by the recent fire outbreak at Kantamanto Market.
The statement noted that the fire outbreak on Tuesday, November 29, 2022, at the Kantamanto Market area was near GCB bank’s Liberty House and Kantamanto branches.
“We wish to assure customers that the fire outbreak is a safe distance from our branches and as such, our branches and branch operations are unaffected,” the statement said.
GCB branches remain open for business since branches are exonerated from any fire outbreak.
