The presidential aspirant for the New Patriotic Party (NPP ), Mr Kennedy Ohene Agyapong has charged the party members, especially the delegates not to allow themselves to be lured with money from aspirants in the name of votes.
According to Assin Central legislator, the New Patriotic Party is capable of breaking the 8 but will be possible if only delegates vote Kennedy Agyapong as the flagbearer and the leader of the party going into election 2024.
“Don’t let greedy politicians who has neglected you (grassroot) for the past seven years come and give you money to go and vote for them. Always think about your future and the country as well before you make a choice,” he hinted.
He opined that (Kennedy Ohene Agyapong) is the right leader who can change the country from its current stage. He pointed out that God in his infinite mercies has blessed Ghana all Ghana needs now is a visionary leader who will be able to put the resources into use so that Ghanaians will get jobs to do.
“We have arable lands here, and we are saying we are poor. We are not poor, we need a push and enlightenment. People must have confidence, so we take our destiny into our own hands and the sky will be the limit”, the presidential aspirant added.”
The lawmaker for Assin Central Constituency, Mr Kennedy Ohene Agyapong made known that any attempt by the NPP to field Vice President, Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia will spell doom for the party. “NPP needs someone like me if it wants to retain power and break the eight-year election cycle jinx.”
