As part of the project, two mechanized boreholes are being constructed, one of which has a sizable poly tank, and two female bathroom facilities are being upgraded by adding showers.

INTERPOSING

On September 21, 2023, during the commissioning ceremony held on the premises of the school, the president of the Bulkmoney Foundation, Ing. George Niako, popularly known as Bulk Money, disclosed that when he visited his hometown of “Aperade,” he observed that some of the female students were fetching water from the exterior, and they informed him their pipe had been damaged. This touched his heart, and he decided to help the school reduce the stress on the students.

He promised to continue working in the interest of the Aperade community and the Achiase district’s inhabitants.

“I will work hard to bring more development projects to our district because I have the interests of the people at heart”.

He encouraged the students and members of the community to own the project and pay particular attention to its smooth operations for the benefit of the school.

CHERISHING

Mr. Frederick Owusu, the headmaster of Aperade Senior High Technical School (APSTECH), praised “Bulkmoney” for providing the educational institution with boreholes to lessen the difficulties the school is facing.

He said that because their water source has been improved, the school can now breathe a sigh of relief.

He stated that students were at risk for health problems since they had to travel far distances to access streams and dams for water.

Additionally, he urged both individuals and the government to help the school by funding the purchase of printers, the construction of classrooms, the recruiting of non-teaching staff, and other initiatives.

NANANOM REMARKS

The Akyem Aperade Krontihene, Nana Effah Amoama, commended the Bulk Money Foundation and urged other NGOs and affluent individuals to follow in the foundation’s footsteps and expand their operations to assist the underprivileged in society.

He placed a request before the Foundation asking for more projects in the Aperade community.
