Akim Oda (E/R) May 26, GNA – Mr. Aaron Donkoh, Aspirant for Eastern Regional Youth Organiser in the New Patriotic Party (NPP) has canvased for votes calling on them to consider his efforts in helping the party in the 2020 polls in Akim Oda constituency.
In an interview with the Ghana News Agency, he said he was vying for the Regional Youth Organiser position to join hands with the Regional Executives to amass votes at the various constituencies to make “breaking the Eight” a reality.
He promised to liaise with leaders of the party to carry out developmental projects for youth in the Region to enhance their livelihood.“This is very needful because it will save the youth from going under negative influence,” he noted.
The aspirant said he started as a TESCON organizer at the University of Education, Winneba.
In 2012 – 2013 he was the polling station organiser at Community one electoral area in Akim Oda, then became a constituency youth organiser for Akim Oda from 2013 – 2022.
Also in 2020 he was among the Eastern Regional campaign team for the New Patriotic Party.
According to the Director of Elections for NPP, Mr Evans Nimako, the party would conduct the Regional Executives Election from May 27 – 29, 2022.
