Dansoman Fire Station responded to a vehicular fire involving a Daewoo Matiz (GM 708-21) at New Bortianor on the main road, opposite the Goil Filling Station on Wednesday, August 21, 2024.
A distress fire call was received at 0623 hours and the crew arrived at 0636 hours to extinguish the flames within 17 minutes.
The vehicle suffered severe fire damage but no injuries were recorded. The cause of fire is under investigation.
