Kadmiel Agbalenyoh To Go To Court If President Akufo–Addo Refuses To Assent To Anti LGBTQ+Bill

The founder and leader of Seventh Day Theocratic World Congregation , Apostle Kadmiel E H. Agbalenyoh has vowed to go to Supreme Court if President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo–Addo refuses to assent to the Human Sexual Rights and Ghanaian family Values Bill, 2021, popularly know as the Anti-gay  Bill
On Wednesday, February 28, 2024, the Parliament of Ghana passed the Promotion of Human Sexual Rights and Family Values Bill, widely known as the anti-LGBT+ bill. The bill proscribes Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender (LGBT) activities and criminalizes their promotion, advocacy, and funding.
However, persons found guilty of willful promotion or advocating or funding the activities of LGBTQ will, upon conviction, face three years minimum and five years maximum imprisonment.
For the bill to become a law, it would require President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo–Addo to assent to it, in other words, approve it.
Speaking to the news men during the celebration of biblical New Year, 1st Abib, 6021 in Accra, Apostle Kadmiel Agbalenyoh expressed his profound gratitude to parliament to passed the BILL into law.
Apostle E H. Agbalenyoh therefore called on President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo–Addo to assent to the bill without any delay, otherwise they will take him to Supreme court to come and explain to Ghanaians the reason he refuse to sign the bill.
Apostle Kadmiel E.H. Agbalenyoh was disappointed about how some group of people against the Parliament how they passed the Anti-gay Bill. Saying they don’t know what is good for this country.
