Lille sit among the unlikely contenders in fourth place and are next to visit Parc des Princes on Saturday night.

Luis Enrique’s side won yet again in midweek as they overcame Brest 3-1 to advance into the Coupe de France quarter-finals. When thinking about team selection for Saturday’s game, Enrique will have to consider Wednesday’s Champions League round of 16 first leg against Real Sociedad.

Here’s how PSG could line up against Lille on Saturday.

GK: Gianluigi Donnarumma – The Italian could do little to deny Steve Mounie on Wednesday night, with Donnarumma notching just one clean sheet in his previous four Ligue 1 appearances.

RB: Achraf Hakimi – Hakimi was back in the side in midweek after returning from AFCON and should make his first Ligue 1 appearance of 2024 on Saturday.

CB: Marquinhos – The skipper will continue at the heart of PSG’s defence. Milan Skriniar is still out of action with an ankle injury.

CB: Lucas Beraldo – Beraldo has featured plenty since joining the club, playing as both a left-sided centre-back and left-back. A shift in the backline should see the Brazilian start alongside his compatriot.

LB: Lucas Hernandez – Hernandez is expected to return to the lineup this weekend after serving a one-game suspension on Wednesday night.

CM: Manuel Ugarte – Enrique could make an alteration in midfield with Ugarte replacing Fabian Ruiz, who’ll likely start Wednesday’s Champions League fixture.

CM: Vitinha – Vitinha has drifted in and out of the side in recent weeks, but he’s been one of PSG’s standout players this season and is set to start both of their upcoming duels in Paris.

CM: Warren Zaire-Emery – The teenager continues to sparkle during his breakout campaign. Zaire-Emery teed up Kylian Mbappe’s opener against Brest in the Coupe de France.

RW: Ousmane Dembele – The enigmatic Frenchman returned from injury in the week and his minutes will be carefully managed by Enrique ahead of the Champions League’s return. He’ll likely get an hour under his belt on Saturday.

ST: Goncalo Ramos – Ramos tapped home his sixth PSG goal against Brest to seal their progression into the Coupe de France quarter-finals. With Randal Kolo-Muani recovering from a virus, the Portuguese international could earn a rare Ligue 1 start.

LW: Kylian Mbappe – Mbappe crashed home his 29th goal of the season last time out and is a shoo-in to start at the weekend despite the upcoming European fixture.
