LAWRENCE AGYINSAM,  SHOWBOUY FARMS DONATE FARM INPUTS WORTH GHC10,000 TO TWIFO NSUAEM D/A BASIC SCHOOL*

The New Patriotic Party (NPP) parliamentary candidate for Twifo Hemang Lower Denkyira constituency in the central region Hon. Lawrence Kwabena Agyinsam in collaboration with Showbouy Farms is supporting farming input which worth with Ghc10,000 for Twifo Nsuaem D/A Basic School in his constituency to improve the students knowledge in agriculture.
The items, ranging from Wellington boots, fertilisers, knapsack sprayer,  cutlasses, wedicides, rake, watering can, hoe, cabbage seeds, cucumber seeds, lettuces, carrots, potato vines, green pepper and others were given to the Nsuaem D/A Basic School in his constituent.
Dr. Kofi Adu on behalf of Hon. Lawrence Kwabena Agyinsam present the items to the Headmistress of Twifo Nsuaem D/A Basic School Miss. Mildred Naana Abraham, praised the New Patriotic Party (NPP) parliamentary candidate and the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Showbouy Farms for such ‘a great initiative’ adding that in next two years to come all schools across their constituents are into agribusiness and also continue to support all schools across their district and beyond.
He urged the headmistress to put it to good use.
Miss Mildred Naana Abraham thanks them and promise to take good use of it and also try her possible best to make the students get more knowledge on agriculture as well as how to get money in agribusiness.
The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Showbouys Farms Mr. Isaac Agyiri appealed to Ghanaians headmaster and headmistress to educate the students into agricultural activities especially farming.
“Let me make this passionate appeal to the students and the teachers. Don’t just come to teach or learn allown in school but also venture into agriculture activities, especially farming. It is one of the lucrative jobs all over the world. I’ll urge you to look that direction and you would be glad you did,” he said.
He said the teachers as well as students should see agriculture as a prestigious sector that could assist in eradicating poverty.
